Konpresio is machine washable. Simply wash in warm water with no added bleach or fabric softener, regular detergent is fine. Lay flat to dry and try not to tumble dry.

Absolutely! As long as you have no other conflicting medical advice against compression garments while exercising or playing sports, Konpresio is fantastic at giving your joints added stability while being active.
We offer two sizes of Konpresio, S/M and L/XL. You can select your preferred size at checkout. S/M is a Men's 5 - 9 and a Women's 6.5 - 10.5. L/XL is a Men's 10 - 12 and a Women's 11.5 - 13.5. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size for stronger compression or choose the larger size for milder compression.
